Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, you can place an order with Chiefs Kingdom Apparel.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom items (such as personalized jerseys or name-print apparel) may require an additional 2–4 business days.
- If there are issues (such as address verification or payment delays), processing may take longer.
Shipping Time Estimates
- Most orders (about 90%) arrive within 5‑14 business days after being shipped.
- The actual delivery time depends on your location, customs processing, and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Flat‑rate shipping may apply for certain domestic orders or regions.
Shipment & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation including a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
P.O. Box Deliver
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address when placing an order.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
- If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipment or refund, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photographs, your order number, and a copy of the invoice.
- If the package is lost in transit (and was shipped to a confirmed address), we will investigate and either resend the item or provide a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition, unused and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was defective or there was an error on our part.
