Refund Policy – Chiefs Kingdom Apparel

At Chiefs Kingdom Apparel, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us at  support@chiefskingdomapparel.com to submit your request.

We always guarantee customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund policy below for details.


1. Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items

We will assist you if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described. This includes cases where:

 

  • The item does not match the description on our website (wrong product, material, or size).
  • The product arrives torn, dirty, wet, or with visible fabric defects.
  • The print is blurred, misplaced, or peels after the first wash.

 Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for support.

Please provide the following when submitting your request:

 

  • Your order information.
  • Photos of the shipping label.
  • Photos of the item(s) and size/neck label.
  • Photos clearly showing the damaged or incorrect parts.
  • For multi-item orders, photos/videos showing items side by side on a flat surface.

Once confirmed, a refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.


2. Wrong Size Item (Different from Size Guide)

If you receive an item with measurements that differ by more than 1.5 inches from our standard size guide, you are eligible for a refund.

Please provide:

  • Your order information.
  • Photos of the item with its size tag/neck label.
  • Photos clearly showing the actual measurements (use a measuring tape for width & length).

Once confirmed, a refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.


3. Lost Items During Shipping

If your order is lost during the shipping process, we will assist you. Once tracking shows “delivered,” you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your package:

  • Check your mailbox and surroundings.
  • Verify with neighbors, security cameras, or your local post office.

If still missing, contact us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation email.

Please provide:

  • Your order information (order code, shipping address, recipient details).
  • A verification from your local post office confirming non-receipt.

Once verified, a refund will be issued immediately.

 Orders over 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for lost-item claims.


4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. Submit a cancellation request by contacting us at  support@chiefskingdomapparel.com.

After 4 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications, as your order will already be processing.


5. Return Address

For returns, please contact us first at  support@chiefskingdomapparel.com to obtain the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
