2) Ordering from Chiefs Kingdom Apparel / User Accounts

We may email you to request a product/store review to improve our services. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email.

3) Communication With Us
3.1 Contact channels
If you contact us via form, email, social media, or phone, we process your data to respond and for quality assurance. We may use Freshworks (2950 S. Delaware St, Suite 20, San Mateo, CA 94403) for email/ticketing and Hootsuite (5 East 8th Ave, Vancouver, BC, Canada) to manage social messages.

4.2 Hotjar
We use Hotjar (session replays/heat maps) to improve usability. Hotjar collects device data, truncated IP, country, browser, screen size, and click/scroll interactions—not keystrokes in form fields. Data is stored (typically up to 365 days) and then deleted.

5) Email Marketing & Product Recommendations
5.1 Newsletter
If you subscribe (double opt-in), we send product updates, offers, and news via Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time via link in each email or by contacting us at support@chiefskingdomapparel.com
. We may use web beacons/pixels to gauge open/click performance in a pseudonymous way. Typical retention on Mailchimp’s servers is up to 13 months for performance data.

7) Your Rights
